The State Fisheries Department faced challenges in implementing the Prime Minister’s Flagship Project due to the complexity of integrating multiple government schemes and managing operational efficiency. Primus Partners, as the Program Management Consultant (PMC), addressed these issues by developing a comprehensive State Action Plan, ensuring convergence with other schemes. We also provided transaction advisory services, supported data mining, and managed bid processes. Additionally, we conceptualized innovative initiatives, including a state fisheries market, to enhance the overall effectiveness of the department’s initiatives and drive long-term sustainable growth.
